What this site
keeps about you

Almost nothing. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or tracking scripts. The only thing that leaves your browser is an email address, and only if you type one in and ask for updates.

The Designer’s Toolkit has two forms that ask for your email so I can tell you when new tools go live. When you submit one, your address goes to Loops, the service I use to send those emails, along with a note of which form you used. I use it for toolkit updates and nothing else, and I don’t sell it or pass it on. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted outright, message me on any of the profiles linked on this site.

The Contract Generator and the Pricing Calculator run entirely in your browser. What you type is held in your browser’s session storage so a refresh doesn’t lose your work, and it is cleared when you close the tab. The PDF and Word files you export are made on your device. None of it is sent to me or to anyone else.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles basic request data such as your IP address to serve pages and keep the site secure, under its own privacy policy. I don’t add anything on top of that.

Links to other sites, like LinkedIn or the products I build, are covered by those sites’ own policies once you follow them.
